Shortly after it was announced that he would be touring with Britney Spears this summer, and then it was revealed that he would not be hitting the road with the Femme Fatale, Enrique Iglesias finally addressed his fans on the matter.

Though he didn't go into the details, Iglesias posted a message on WhoSay.com, saying, "Hey guys, sorry for the confusion regarding a possible tour in the summer with Britney Spears. We are on the Euphoria Tour and will continue to do so including some soon-to-be-announced dates in US. So hope to see all of you soon."

Iglesias came clean as a raft of rumors began swirling about who may replace him on the tour, including whispers about a certain "Jersey Shore" DJ, a fellow Disney star and a certain Barbie-loving Queens MC.

Spears has revealed to MTV News that she would love to tour with Usher if given the chance, and Zap2It quoted unnamed sources saying that Joe Jonas is a top candidate to join the outing, since he's working on a dance-leaning solo record that might fit in with the Spears vibe.

And, after shooting down rumors that she might join Simon Cowell's "X Factor," Young Money honey Nicki Minaj has also been mentioned by TMZ as a possible replacement, which would make for a fierce female double-bill. The gossip site said the two camps were in "serious talks" and that it's looking "very good" that an arrangement could be reached by this weekend.

Though he would not likely do the whole tour because he's slated to film season four of the "Jersey Shore" in Italy next month, DJ Pauly D was mentioned in the New York Daily News as a potential opener for Brit. That would make perfect sense, since the pair share a manager in Larry Rudolph, but spokespeople for both had not commented on the rumor at press time.

Spears Britney's Femme Fatale tour is scheduled to kick off on June 17 in Sacramento and will run for 26 dates through North America, winding up on August 13 in Toronto.

Who do you think should open for Britney? Let us know in comments below!

Don't miss "Britney Spears: I Am the Femme Fatale" on Sunday, April 3, at 9 p.m. ET on MTV.

Justin Bieber's hit anthem "One Less Lonely Girl" has a couple of music managers feeling a bit left out in the cold. Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria, who represent the songwriting team A-Rex — composed of Sean Hamilton and Hyuk Shin — have filed a lawsuit seeking additional royalties from the tune, which appears on Bieber's hit 2008 debut, My World.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the managers claim that the A-Rex team created "Lonely Girl," which is credited on My World to Hamilton and Shin, along with Ezekiel Lewis, Bieber mentor Usher and Balewa Muhammad.

Tate and Oliveria allege that they are entitled to 10 percent of the publishing royalties tied to A-Rex's share of the song, an amount they peg at around $200,000. They are seeking damages for breach of contract, fraud, conversion and copyright infringement. A spokesperson for Bieber's label could not be reached for comment on the lawsuit at press time.

The suit not only names Hamilton and Shin, but also EMI Music Publishing and the L.A. Reid Music Publishing Company, which is connected to Bieber's former label boss, Antonio "L.A." Reid, who recently stepped down as chairman of Island Def Jam Records to be a judge on Simon Cowell's upcoming "X Factor" reality show.

Another Bieber song, "Pray," meanwhile, is included on a just-released all-star charity benefit album Songs for Japan, proceeds from which will aid the victims of the earthquake/tsunami disaster in Japan. The Bieber track appears alongside tunes from Lady Gaga, Eminem, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Madonna, the Kings of Leon and Katy Perry.

Rihanna Details Her Freaky Side: "I Like To Be Submissive, Spanked, & Tied Up!"

In her new interview with ROLLING STONE Magazine, Rihanna holds nothing back when it comes to talking about her favorite sex acts--yeah she goes in about her masochism habits and getting spanked and tied up--and she shares why she never needs to see Chris Brown again.  See the highlights inside...

In her new interview for the April 2011 issue of the magazine, pop star Rihanna sits down with contributing editor Josh Eells and opens up on her difficult upbringing and why she agreed to let a judge ease the restraining order against Chris Brown.

"That's my decision," she says. "It doesn't mean we're gonna make up, or even talk again. It just means I didn't want to object to the judge."

She said she hasn't talked to Chris in a long time.

"We don't have to talk ever again in my life.  I just didn't want to make it more difficult for him professionally. What he did was a personal thing – it had nothing to do with his career. Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can't perform at awards shows – that definitely made it difficult for him."

Here are some other highlights from the story:

-She went through an incredibly difficult time after the Brown incident.

"I put my guard up so hard," she says. "I didn't want people to see me cry. I didn't want people to feel bad for me. It was a very vulnerable time in my life, and I refused to let that be the image. I wanted them to see me as, 'I'm fine, I'm tough.' I put that up until it felt real."

-Rihanna's hit single "S&M" is semi-autobiographical.

"Being submissive in the bedroom is really fun," she says. "You get to be a little lady, to have somebody be macho and in charge of your shit. That's fun to me...I like to be spanked. Being tied up is fun. I like to keep it spontaneous. Sometimes whips and chains can be overly planned – you gotta stop, get the whip from the drawer downstairs. I'd rather have him use his hands."

Next May she's going to play a Navy weapons expert in the big-screen adaptation of the classic board game Battleship. She spent three months filming in Baton Rouge and Hawaii, including many 18-hour days on a barge with 350 people – and just one outhouse bathroom between them.

Her director Peter Berg says,

"There were times I would walk up to her like, 'Are you really handling this?'" She would just laugh at me. She said she was really enjoying not having to drive the ship - not having to be running this huge Rihanna machine."
